To Be Found Muzzled..What is this all about?

While reading through the Board Posts I came upon
the word, Muzzle.

Could someone please explain to me what this is about?

It's when the cls want you too cool off! I think it should be done away with! It can be used when they don't want you to say something! It makes me think of the way my granma describes Hitler's Germany! Therefor I don't like this feature.

yeah, it's so that people can't send public quicknotes for a while. as hope said, usually to cool off from an argument

I think muzzling someone is a good idea myself. it gives that person a chance to relax before saying something they would regret saying later on.

muzzled is basically not being able to send public quicknotes, they can still sned private QN's but not public, and still post apparently I guess lol
